My name is Eric West. I'm 36 years old, and am an African-American male. I seek the favor of Allah and believe He will guide the right muslim into my life. My prayer to Allah Subhana Ta'Ala is that He will lead my queen into my life. I do not view my incarceration as a liability, as this is the path that brought me to Islam. This was decreed by Allah and is the journey that I must take in order to become the man in His will, that I have become. I also believe that this is the path decreed by Him. For me to find my queen. So I am seeking my queen with this ad.
As I spoke about in the beginning of this, i am currently incarcerated and have been for the past 5 years. I enjoy studying the Qur'an and Sunnah, reading, writing, and watching sporting events.
I am seeking Allah's favor in this endeavor and would like to meet a muslim, who can stand with me through this struggle and provide that real companionship I need in my life. Being incarcerated I've developed a callous on my heart, mainly from being let down by all the false hopes that have been created over these past 5 years. My daily Du'a is that my queen will be led into my life. She will help erase this callous that has developed on my heart. We'll strengthen each other and we'll grow together as one.
When I think of my ideal muslim, I think of a beautiful sister, more on the inside than out, who is standing strong in our Islamic Faith. A confident sister, who is strong willed, yet loves to smile, but also is sensitive, and very sincere with her involvement in my life. A sister who has a clear understanding for my situation and recognizes that this is only a temporary setting, a stepping stone in our path towards the future Allah Subhana Ta'Ala has for us.
Last, I believe that meeting a muslim, my future queen, under these circumstances will only build character and allow our relationship to fully bloom on a pure spiritual, mental, and emotional level. Why? Because it will not be based on anything physical or material with my current incarceration. Insha Allah, the right muslim, the queen that I seek will be led into my life......I swear by the setting of the stars, and it is indeed a mighty oath if you but knew it.......56[75-76]
