Salam! My name is Janan, and I am 19 years old. I live in Canada with my Lebanese father, and my 3 sisters. I have a British Moroccan mother. I have been through a lot of ups and downs in my life, and I struggle with mental health (I'll open up more later). I am proud of being an Arab Canadian, however I don't feel so connected with my culture. I've never been to Lebanon, and I can't speak Arabic, but I am trying to learn the language and more about my cultures. I'm also trying to become a better Muslim, as I have been distant with my faith in the past few years. I've made some bad choices, but I have learned from them, and I'm trying to get closer with Allah, and make a better life for myself. I enjoy fitness, but I also have a sweet tooth. I also like music, playing instruments, drama, and volunteering. I like learning about new cultures, and I've never really traveled much, so I wouldn't mind relocating. Some futures goals: I want to become a humanitarian, make changes in the world, start a family, travel, and pursue a career (hopefully in teaching).
