I’m often found around good friends usually sharing my latest food adventure, perspectives on divine love, next in the travel list of ‘off the beaten tracks’, and oh did I mention food? I’ll say yes to adrenaline adventures and freak out right about when it’s time to jump off the ledge – but I always jump. Is it just me or does the end of a zipline ride feels like you’ll keep going till you fly off the rope! Hairpin drives on scenic routes are so much fun, especially when friends let out muted squeals in the back. On an island off an island in a monastery, I once thought vegetarianism could be my way of life. A brief thought... When I dance uninhibited it is an expression of my soul, and an improvisation performance with complete strangers is my attempt at self-discovery. Plus a lot of fun really.

When you and I are together, we rediscover the magic of a sunset, the sound of a waterfall and the excitement of recreating our travel list. On long drives we express opinions about faith and cricket and cabbage, without judgement. We find humour in most situations and let kindness and respect guide us in others. We make healthy life choices for physical and emotional wellbeing. And we help each other find our path to divine love.

Ask me about the first time I chose to eat a whole lobster ... at an official dinner
