A very warm Assalaamoelekum and hello there!
Lets get the stats out of the way first:
I'm 5'8", of Pakistani (Urdu speaking) origin but of a pure Syed family (I am najeeb ut tarafayn) with my lineage running through Hasan Musana Zayd then up to Rasoolullah (SAW). I'm quite overweight, training to become a GP in the west of Scotland, but born and bred in London. I did however spend a big chunk of my teenage in Karachi, thus fully bilingual. My beard is always the regulation one-fist length as per the hanafi ruling and its currently dyed brown as per sunnah (its a mix of black and white without the hair dye!).

I'm a desi boy, so I love my chapati's and biryanis, etc. But don't worry, I can make them all myself. I also almost always wear sunnah clothes (mostly shalwar kameez), so sorry to disappoint any of you out there who like their men in designer western stuff.
If I've still not put you off by now......
I've been married 13 years and have four lovely kids from it. We have tried for many years but we have very sadly lost what we had in the beginning. Over the years, we have oddly enough built a good working partnership in running the household and bringing up the kids, but just without any romance. I will not divorce her coz that's not how I've been brought up. So we've decided to continue this partnership of bringing the kids up, coz we don't want them left mentally disturbed at young ages. However, I'm left still wanting a soulmate and a lover. Allah permits for me to marry again and my wife does know that I'm looking.

I'm not after perfection as I have many faults myself. But I am looking for love and the right chemistry in a partner. My preference would be to marry a widow or a divorcee. This is because I would like to follow the sunnah of my noble prophet (SAW) of supporting and caring for those who society generally avoids. Anything else Allah gives me on top of that is a bonus. If you're still reading, then your either more mad then me or could possibly be the one for me.
