I’m an American journalist and writer who was born into a Sunni Muslim family in India and grew up in Pakistan. I’ve worked 32 years as a reporter, London bureau chief and columnist for several American and British newspapers. Besides my daily grind in newsrooms, I've continually written international affairs commentaries for American and overseas newspapers and journals.
I enjoy canoeing, hiking and reading works on social anthropology and historical fiction.
I'm retired, in my 70s, and in excellent health. I shared with my deceased wife most responsibilities of life, including cooking and housework, and I wish to do so with my next one.
If you consider putting up with an idiosyncratic American Muslim writer who would make a loving and doting husband, let's have a conversation.
If you, sister, would consider putting up with an idiosyncratic writer who would be a loving and doting husband, let's have a conversation.
Jazak Allah khair.
