I am 48 years old Sunni Muslim. I have a 11 year old son. For various reasons i and my husband have been leading separated lives. As his family needs him and I and my son also needed him this led to friction as he could not be there for us when we needed him most. Hence we decided to lead separate lives while we could still have basic respect for each other. But as they rightly say need for Companionship and support within the marriage is felt all the more as one advances in age, i am putting this profile as my husband has also said that i can take a divorce.
