As Salamu Alaikom wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
I am a 55 divorced revert woman who reverted to islam in 2007 Alhamdulillah I have 3 grown children in which the youngest one took his Shahada a few months ago. Alhamdulillah At the moment I am unemployed however most of my “Working” life I worked as a substitute teacher/ bus driver.
Learning about the prophet Muhammad ( Peace and blessings be upon him) being consistent in praying, giving charity, and building a relationship with the Quran has helped me overcome many challenges in my life. Islam has also made me realize that true success is having faith because whether life is going well or not as long as you put your trust in Allah, everything will be fine and everything will be worth it in the end. That is is why I am putting my trust in Allah and want to marry for religion, and character before considering other traits.
