I am 32 years old and currently I work as an application support analyst in the IT sector.
I am one of 3 siblings, my sister is younger and lives with my parents and I whilst my younger brother is married and has a son in their own home. I am very family-orientated.
Islam is quite important to me as I am regularly keeping on top of my prayers and make up them if I fall short. I want to be able to raise children who will continue Islam onto the generations to come. I want them to love Islam themselves and not feel pressured or forced. Surely, the best way to do this is by leading with example.
I have been actively developing my Islamic knowledge in recent years and trying to improve my deen. Though I am not perfect, I am a sincere person who is honest and respectful. I have also taken Tajweed classes and currently, I practice on my own to get better with it.
I’m someone who is very light-hearted, it takes a lot to make me upset or annoyed, so you’ll be with someone who is patient and forgiving. I love watching things on Netflix especially documentaries as well as world news. I tend to read over the news before I’ve even left my bed! I do enjoy eating out often, but I believe the company is what makes the food even better.
I also follow sports such as Tennis and Cricket, ask me anything and I’ll know about it. I also play football weekly with family and friends as competition is healthy!
