I am an Italian/Somali Muslim and I try to fulfil my Islamic duties at the best of my abilities. My friends describe me as caring and as a good listener. In essence, the cool silent type. It is still unclear to me whether they said that sarcastically or not but I will take them as compliments for the time being.
I am a novice traveller and would love to continue visiting new countries in good company. So far I have been fortunate to visit the museums in Prague, to get sunburned on the beaches of Morocco and to eat pizza in my home country of Italy. Over the summers, I focus on hiking (very very slowly) the mountains of Wales and Scotland (the climbs may be hard but the views at the top are amazing).
During the week I am a Transport Engineer. I am sure you’d be thrilled to hear all the ins and outs of my typical day at my job but I will spare you the 100 slide Power Point presentation with all the details...for now.
When the weekend rolls around, you will find me spending time with my family, going to the gym or for a run, watching the latest movies or tv shows and work on my sub-par photography skills.
